FEELING OF BEING CENTERED IN YOURSELF

 


Have you noticed that it is so easy to get stucked in survival energy and forget how the calmness and stability feels within yourself. And this cycle can go for years..
I would invite you to write it down, the sensations of your body, how do you feel when your nervous system feels calm and relaxed.
You can do it after relaxing activity such as massage or yin yoga, a long comfy weekend at home.
It will be a great reminder to your nervous system in busy times to come home, back to yourself. 

Here some questions for the help:

How does it feel inside your body when you are calm and centered?
How does your legs feel? Are they heavy, light or wobbly?
Is your pelvis tight, relaxed, alive or shallow?
What about your breath? Where does it goes? And about your shoulders? Jaw? Eyes?
